I had a wonderful experience with AVS. I had searched online trying to find ways to get rid of my timeshare. It seemed there was no way out without spending thousands of dollars. It seemed we were trapped in a timeshare we did not want. My timeshare had been a gift from my grandma and I had never used it at the home resort. I was losing sleep over worrying about how we would ever get out of our timeshare which we did not want or use. With a growing family, a second baby was on the way, we really needed out of the financial burden the timeshare was on. Once I contacted AVS, they sent me the paperwork to sign and get notarized. I was leery so I checked the company out on Better Business Bureau. They checked out so I sent the paperwork and fee back to AVS. Shon was great about follow up, keeping me informed every step of the process. In less than two months, AVS had taken over ownership of my timeshare. I called my timeshare just to make sure everything was legit and it was my name was no longer on the deed. I was so pleased with AVS that I recommended them to my parents. They also had a great experience and were timeshare free in about 6 weeks. If you are stuck in a timeshare, I would totally recommend AVS. They are very professional and completely legit.

I
was stuck with my timeshare and tried to sell it. I even paid those $500 listing websites and got absolutely no offer! I found AVS website and asked a ton of questions. These guys are legit and the
only way I know to get rid of your timeshare. They only charged me the
legal transfer fees and that makes sense. I will never buy anohter
timeshare but I certainly do not regret dealing with Shon as he is
legit. Not receiving the timeshare yearly management bills is such a
relief!
Furthermore, if you are insane enough to consider buying a
timeshare, why not rent one from AVS as their prices are very
competitive and you will not be tied for your lifetime.

Dear Shon,
Thank you for your help this fall. After several
attempts over three years to sell a fine timeshare property, we were
completely frustrated by how difficult it became. We spent hundreds of
dollars with timeshare sales companies (three) and found that they were
completely incompetent and either lying or greatly exaggerating their
services. We also listed our property on the very honest and
trustworthy Timeshare User Group listing and Redweek listings, but in
the current market we were unable to get a serious buyer. Two different
people said they were buying it (at a $1 cost) but didn't follow up and
lost interest. Their lack of integrity caused us a to spend a lot
money to pay for transfer fees, notary fees, attorney fees just to see
them back out. You simply said that you would accept the
property, asked for a fee and did what you said you would do. In the
final analysis, your fee was a fraction of our costs in lost fees,
advertising, and extra years of maintenance fees. We wish we had simply
let you take the property two years ago!

I
had a timeshare I wasn't using anymore and was unable to sell. The
idea of donated it to a special cause was very appealing to me as I
could use it as a tax deduction while being able to help an organization
at the same time. AVS helped me achieve this goal. Their representative, Shon, was
very professional and everything that was promised was followed through
on. I am today free and clear of my timeshare and it's mounting
maintenance fees. Thank you AVS!
